Once you confirm the task, we'll get started straight away and the points will be deducted from your available balance (or we'll charge you for the additional points required if you approve the request).
If this is your first task request with ESM Inbound, then we will confirm the number of points required and contact you to set up your account with us. Once the details are confirmed, we can get started on your task.
This depends on the complexity of your task. We will confirm an ETA with you before work starts.
